Logistics:

• Get your UPA membership up to date and get you number on the BBS ASAP.
• If you can't make any practice, post on the Missed Practice thread on the BBS

Tournament dates:
Sept 20 - UPA Sectionals, Rochester NY
Sept 27/28 - CEUUC (Easterns), Montreal
Oct 3-5 - CUUC (Nationals), Edmonton

Review:

• Warm-up
• Lotto: Read yesterday's post. 3-man: Marks need to be more active. Fakes need to be more decisive -> no stutter faking. Corale the disc as you run to set up the mark in 3-man. Berkeley: cuts need to come from further out. Make 2 cuts maximum (one up line, one back the way you came).
• Throw for Score: Read the details from yesterday's review. Throw throw throw!
• Scrimmage: 4-4 tie. Good comeback from White. Both teams had trouble in the endzone. Reset the disc instead of forcing it up the line. Don't crowd your handlers.
